I love, love, love Miss Jessie's Buttercreme - Baby or Curly (I even like the mintyish smell)! I love that I can apply it to my bone dry, brittle-feeling hair (yikes!) and transform it into soft twists! I love the moisture and the hold that the Buttercreme provides. It's one of my styling staples.
In a few days I will do a twist-out. I'll spritz the twists with a water/leave-in mixture first and let them dry in order to allow them to swell, thus creating more definition for my twist-out.

My wife also loves twists and curls in her hair. But I remember that there was this one day when she got rid of all her hair products. I'm not sure why; knowing her, maybe it's because she found it too expensive to buy a curling product every month just to maintain the style that she wanted. She just bought a set of Motown Tress wigs instead. How about you? Don't you find it hard to maintain that way?
